Way Forward
- Over-age traffic all ranks to be replaced by young energetic ones
- Fresh recruitment for traffic by district police in the rank of constables & ASIs
- Hierarchical support in form of constables, HCs & ASIs to improve the field working of traffic warden system
- Traffic police be given 25% of the revenue generated as reward / welfare
- 25% of the revenue generated be spent on road safety
- Establishment of drivers training schools

Procedure about driving license
- Establishment of driving school at divisional Hqrs: with private public partnership
